The 27,000-metre-square skyscraper is revolutionary, as the architects chose to move the building's structure from its centre to its exterior – a key feature of high-tech architecture. It’s going to be the tallest completed residential building in Yerevan, and as such, demands one's attention in a way that no residential building ever has. The mixed-use building’s lower 9 floors will have retail and office spaces with separate entry and lobby, followed by 25 floors of residential area. The tower is located on Tsitsernakaberd motorway, surrounded by massive green zones of Dalma Gardens and Tsitsernakaberd. Not surprisingly this location also provides marvelous views of mount Ararat, Lake Yerevanian, Sports and Concert Hall (Hamalir), Yerevan Park, and the central districts of capital.
